I
wrote a tutorial for XDoclet and EJB.
I also
wrote a few chapters on using XDoclet to do Custom Tags, Struts, and Servlets in
the new Tomcat book (mastering tomcat by wiley).
The
EJB XDoclet tutorial is here:

I also
wrote a tutorial for EJB and EJB QL. The tutorial does not cover XDoclet per se,
but I used it to deploy to both JBoss and WebLogic.
The
source code is at the bottom of this page.
The best tutorial is the examples.
