Follow these steps carefully:
* install Jakarta Ant 1.5 or higher
* go to the xdoclet directory (CVS checkout or expanded source download)
from http://xdoclet.sourceforge.net/install.html is wrong, as the source
download does not contain everything.
Will get the cvs version and go on with this.
