Thanks for quick response! I've got one last question now. I've looked into jelly.plugin but could not find anything wrong with force property. So this might be the problem of reactor or maven itself. Need I post about this problem to maven mailing list instead? I thought xdoclet plugin was maintained by xdoclet development team themselves.

I can only speculate without looking into it. :)
