as a followup to my own post: it does work now after i deleted the ejb.persistence tag from the PersonBean.
However, only with JBoss 3.2.2RC2 and without a constraint on the DB which forbids null entries in the fk-column. with this constraint, every create fails (after placing the setPersonen_Klasse(..) again into the ejbPostCreate method). any ideas, how to get the cmr working with a constraint on the fk-column.
