1. On the Xen Server 5.6, load the inbox ixgbe driver and enable VFs. 2. Create a Linux RHEL 5.5 guest on the Xen Server 5.6.
3. Assign a SR-IOV VF device to the guest. 4. Assign an IP address to the VF interface of the guest. Make sure it can ping to the LAN 5. Create a VLAN with the VF interface, and assign an IP address to the VLAN interface. 6. ping to the test client via the VF's VLAN interface, and didn't get any response. ************************************************************************ If the PF driver is igb driver, configuring the VLAN interface on the VF causes the Xen Server crashes.
