These bugfixes finally allow my comprehensive XTF test (following several bugfixes, and the added feature of the 0-level pagetable tests) to complete successfully on a Skylake Server system, with PKU.
I know this is getting very tight to the line on 4.9, but it would be nice to get these fixes in.
