 First of all Thank you very much for the quick reply.
   I tried the same with MMC root .It boot up successfully but after typing
xl list I am getting following errors

libxl: error: libxl.c:662:libxl_list_domain: getting domain info list:
Permission denied


During next booting, the memory card got corrupted.
