Agreed. I had been trying to email him regarding some OCaml bits and
was getting a bounce and around the same time Wei forwarded my OCaml
patch to the email address I referenced in the patch. Just trying to
help others out when they're confused why an email bounces that they
got from get_maintainers.pl
