Try to use attached files as DTS. I didn't tested, but looks like there are few missed nodes: - hypervisor - psci I'm not sure, that Linux & Xen will correctly inter-works without them.
They are not necessary in the HW DTS and will be removed by Xen. Those nodes are generated by Xen when building DOM0 DTS because they will depend on the configuration of your platform (e.g which PPI is free).
