This was a sufficiently obvious fix, and the damage without this patch
sufficiently bad, that I have force pushed it.
So the xen-unstable-smoke tests should start working soon.
There will still be some flights currently in progress which will be
affected by this bug, since a running production flight doesn't pick
up new osstest code.
