Xen 4.13 has been branched. So the staging branch is open again for development.
BUT: please bear in mind that we have no 4.13 release yet, so there might be the need to push further corrections to 4.13-staging before we can release. For that reason please don't commit patches which will make such corrections especially hard. So in case you commit, do so with considering the possible need for last minute corrections of 4.13.
