This patch sereis implements several important functionalities to run Xen on top of Hyper-V.
See individual patches for more details. First few patches are generic x86 changes. The rest is Hyper-V specific. I've checked the assembly code as well as putting in a test patch to make sure the hypercall interface is implemented correctly. Wei.
