When graphical install finished i didn't click on reboot.
Opened root terminal session and run:-

Remove root=...
Since your booting from a zfs root, the conf file
has to be different. zfs support in pygrub just went
back into xen-unstable.
If you are copying the kernel off of the disk, you need
to remove the root line in your config file and add the
zfs info to the extra line.
The following should work...
