Looks a bit like bug 6600374
dom0 panic when running xmstress test: BAD TRAP: type=e (#pf Page fault)

What happens when you add the following line at the end
of dom0's /etc/system file and reboot into xVM (it enables
kernel heap checking):
set kmem_flags=0xf
After that, try to reproduce the problem, by starting and shutting down
some domUs...
