With the domain shutdown, do a

xm list -l <domain-name>  > /tmp/mydom.sxp

edit the mydom.sxp file, change
   (on_xend_start ignore)
to
   (on_xend_start start)

then update the domain config.

xm new -F /tmp/mydom.sxp
