Regarding VNC setup at Ubuntu Hardy DomU view :-

would work same way on Nevada b98 :-
1. Image file for Ubuntu 8.04.1 HVM should be placed on ufs,
    zpool might slows down install too much.
2. If "virsh disk-attach" won't work use "xm block-attach".
    Worst case scenario is to prepare image file on remote Ubuntu box
    and scp to xVM Server.
It worked OK on Nevada build  93 ( xm block-attach was in good shape in this 
build )
Next schema should work on Nevada as well without "debootstrap":-
