on the same platform I reported problems installing s9 in hvm mode yesterday, I
am now also having trouble running s10.
For the second time now, patching the system has hung, the last time when patch
119091-33 tried to execute add_adr:

Directory /d0/tmp was mounted into the domU via NFS, if this matters.
Interfaces are configured on an etherstub.
