In this case I wonder why my setup is working I've two Linux domU on my
Solaris box which
share a zvol ("w!" or "shareable"). The Oracle 11.2 clusterware seems to
work properly so far
an I also setup an ACFS filesystem on this zvol which is currently
mounted and accessable
on both domU ....

You can't share the same storage on a single machine with xVM, it has to
be exclusive to a given domU
