Sorry for the late reply: a few days off. This doesn't seem to be the issue. The domU configuration does not have the space, it seems to be merely something introduced during logging.
Also, new domU's created with the gui or command line tools, do not boot. Using the GUI I can't get past the point of specifying which network adapter to use, as the list of valid adapters is empty and disabled.
