the xvm-gui, X server, etc are not required as far as xvm goes... SDL support in qemu requires some X libs.
Libvirtd service is usually dependent on packages libvirt,libvirt-python, python-virtinst ( or kind of this packages). Xen Host might be installed on linux without Libvirt and it's dependent packages, but i hardly believe that it's possible on OSOL.
