[Fedora-xen] 4.2.0-rc1 available to test

There is a build of the first 4.2 release candidate temporarily available 
at http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=4346834

It doesn't have the efi version of the hypervisor, as my edits need to be 
tidied up a bit first, but I should put it back in again soon.
