Starting with revision 1656, both for Xenomai trunk and for branch 2.2,
specifying at configure time a different value for --exec-prefix and
--prefix should work. Everything for the target (executables, libraries,
testsuite, scripts) is installed under exec-prefix, everything only
useful for the host (headers, documentation) is installed under prefix.
