You can clone this:
git://git.xenomai.org/ipipe-arm.git

Then when you patch the kernel with scripts/prepare-kernel.sh leave
--ipipe= blank or not add that argument.  If you add --verbose to
prepare-kernel you should see that the script detects the ipipe is
already present in the tree and then just creates the symlinks.  Or at
least that's how I think it works :)
