Hi all,
ELC-E is coming, October 22-24 in Edinburgh, and I've received some
indications that there is interest in having another meetup of the
community. The question is now how broad that interest is and what form
we should head for.
Options:
- BoF at ELC-E (1h, evening session):
- brief update from the project
- open discussion about user requirements, to-dos, contributions,
etc.
- mini-summit at ELC-E (3-4 hours, but I'm concerned we won't get that
slot)
- project update
- user presentations
- BoF session(s)
- separate meetup in a venue nearby (half day as well)
- [same as mini-summit]
Please drop a note if you are interested and in what form/topics, either
here on the list or privately. I need to decide by July 1 if and how we
should apply for a slot at ELC-E.
