How I get the DOCTYPE and the name of the external DTD in use?
In the example below:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE CuentasInteligentes SYSTEM "myDTD.dtd">
<CuentasInteligentes>
..........<internal structure>
</CuentasInteligentes>
I need to pass to my application both , the name after !DOCTYPE and the DTD
referenced after SYSTEM.....
