Why was IBM 1047 Transcoder removed from XERCES (2/17/200)?
I'm running on Solaris and need to output my DOM tree in IBM-1047 for a ftp binary transfer to a IBM OS 390 platform. Is there a way I can get the old IBM1047 Transcoder code or should I start from scratch and write my own?
