at the risk of being obvious, you need to get a Borland version of ICU
built. i've tried periodically but never had enough time to finish and test
the results to see if it worked.

    Hi,

    I've developing an application which use xerces c++ parser. In
addition, I need to use ICU library. My development platform is Borland C++
Builder 5. I have worked with with xerces parser well but I couldn't find a
way to integrate icu with xerces and c++ builder. As far as I know, this
task is straigtforward in vc++ 6 environment. If you show me a way for
doing this in borland c++ builder environment, I will be very appreciated.

PS: Do you think I must convert project to vc++ :)
