I am using 2.1.0 only, not the nightly builds. I get the error if I specify the -n flag to DOMPrint, but not otherwise. Validation does not affect the issue. Removing the DTD however, does affect the issue - now I cannot get an error. So I guess it is objecting to the xmlns declaration in the DTD.
