I am working on a project that I hope to use xercesc in (and am well on my way to doing so). I just determined that the portion of the project I'm working in is actually built into a static library (.a) - which is then used by the main application. To my (somewhat limited) knowledge, I cannot create a static library that links to a dynamic library (xercesc), can I? Is it possible to build xerces as a static lib?
Any help, pointers, tips are - as always - much appreciated!
