The only entities that XML processors recognize that don't need declarations 
are the predefined entities (<,>,&,',"). See the XML rec: 
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml#sec-predefined-ent.

The parser's working according to the spec. You have to declare nbsp somewhere 
in the DTD.

For example: <!ENTITY nbsp "&#x20;">
