MemoryManagerArrayImpl deletes a void pointer

           Summary: MemoryManagerArrayImpl deletes a void pointer
           Product: Xerces-C++
           Version: Nightly build (please specify the date)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Miscellaneous
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

C++ language rules do not allow deleting a void pointer. Curiously, the
correct code in this class (calling ::operator new and ::operator delete[]
directly) is commented out. A patch to the existing code is attached.
