Hi,
Try the CVS version of xerces-c sources. AFAIK all bugs about
Borland C++Builder are closed already and patches are applied to CVS.
I recommend you to use the BCC.551 projects because of the lack
of support of the BCB5 projects. Latest CVS snapshots you can get
at http://cvs.apache.org/snapshots/xml-xerces/

P.S. After trying to compile latest CVS snapshot it seems that you
have to manually add two new files to OBJFILES in XercesLib.mak
(MemoryManagerArrayImpl and DOMXPathException). But it's easy work :)
