Hi!

Is it only me that thinks that the c++ api docs on the website (apache.org) is
unsufficient sometimes? I was looking for information about what different
exceptions that can be thrown from which functions today and ended up with no
information. Can that information be found somewhere or do I have to do it the
hard way and browse some code? It would save some time anyway...
