Hi Steve,

I think I got a better one.

TortoiseCVS is a Windows Explorer Namespace Extension, which means it is
integrated into Explorer. You can start it anywhere from context menu. The
UI it provides is also more convenient than WinCVS. Besides, it does not
need pyton and cvs.exe.
