DOMBuilder leaks memory

Hey Jason. Currently, if you create and then release an element some memory is
not reclaimed. You have to destroy the document to claim it back. There are
other instances elsewhere, but I cant recall what they are now. Also, there have
been a fair few memory leaks patched in cvs. Have you tried this with cvs code?
