SGXMLScanner::parseSchemaLocation() has a potential memory leak

           Summary: SGXMLScanner::parseSchemaLocation() has a potential
                    memory leak
           Product: Xerces-C++
           Version: Nightly build (please specify the date)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Validating Parser (Schema) (Xerces 1.5 or up only)
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

SGXMLScanner::parseSchemaLocation() will leak memory if an exception is
thrown. There is the obvious case where emitError() is called in the if
block. Less obvious is when the else block is entered and resolveSchemaGrammar
() throws an exception.

I will attch a patch.
