So far, I've counted 14 +1's from active Xerces committers, 5 +1's from XML PMC members, and a couple of +1's from users. No -1's or 0's that I'm aware of. So IMO we're ready to present this to the Board. I'm not sure how to go about doing this, but in any event that's probably a discussion best had between Berin and Gareth. :) Cheers!
