NodeIterator and TreeWalker ExpandEntityReferences not implemented

There is an entityReferenceExpansion parameter on
DOMDocumentTraversal::createNodeIterator and
DOMDocumentTraversal::createTreeWalker. It can be set and retrieved, but does
not seem to have any effect on the behavior of the NodeIterator or TreeWalker.
They both behave as if the parameter had been set to true, regardless of the
value of the parameter. My reading of the source code suggests that this
feature was simply not implemented, or there is some other bug.
