Hi there,
Sandy Gao has been very active over the last few months answering many
questions on the 2 mailing lists. In addition, he has contributed several
bug fixes, and has helped on various development line items for XML Schema,
many of which have been non-trivial.
So in order to make his contributions easier and more efficient, I propose
to give Sandy committer access.
Could I ask for a vote on this by committers over the next week?
