http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5751 Parse method not in javadocs Summary: Parse method not in javadocs Product: Xerces2-J Version: 2.0.0 [alpha] Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows NT/2K Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: Other Component: DOM AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] This is not exactly a bug, but in my version of Xerces (1.4.3) the javadocs do not include the parser method for the DOMParser. Ordinarily I would not even comment on this omission, but I am now faced with the task of parsing an XML string. I can (and do) write the string to a file and parse the file, but there ought to be a way to parse the string directly. Thanks.
