DOM parsing tree doesn't support multiple threads to read?

In Xerces by default we use deferred DOM: we only create DOM nodes if 
application tries to access it. That can explain why you see the wrong output. 
But it is not a bug, since DOM has no explicit support for concurrent access. 
Thus, you must synchronize the access to the tree if you are using threads.
