Hi, I wonder if someone could fix this bug for 2.2.0:
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12862 I entered it last week in the wrong product (Xerces-J). I just moved it to Xerces2-J. It is related to the cloneNode implementation in CoreDocumentImpl where default (unspecified) attributes are not cloned. This bug is critical for us so I ended up re-compiling Xerces with the suggested fix. But I am not sure if this is the right fix and, of course, I would prefer to use the released version...
