build.sh does not run on cygwin

Ok. I have cygwin installed in C:\cygwin and Java in C:\Programme\jdk1.3.1.
JAVA_HOME is set to /cygdrive/c/Programme/jdk1.3.1. The classpath is the set to
"/cygdrive/c/Programme/jdk1.3.1/lib/tools.jar;..." and of course the compiler
isn't found.
Perhaps I'm overreacting, I could set JAVA_HOME=C:/Programme/jdk1.3.1 and
most stuff would still work. Mixing it with Unix path style would require
more attention then I give to it now... Also, there was a report that cygpath
utility was intentionally crippled recently.
I'll attach a patched build.sh anyway.
