Indeed there is a bug in serializer: XML spec says that '>' must be escaped if it appears in the string ']]>' in content, but serializer only escaped greater than sign in the ']]>' string in CDATA section. It is fixed now in the CVS. Please, download the latest code and verify the fix and close the bug.
