The DOM Level 3 specification wants to rely on the fact that Boolean.TRUE is passed to the setParameter/getParameter method to allow people using '==' operator to compare values.
Therefore, I am not sure if this is indeed a bug that needs to be fixed. I would like to get clarification from the DOM WG ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). Christopher would you like to post your question there?
