[Patches] DOM L3 LS Last Call

Hi:

I have made necessary changes required to be in sync with
DOM L3 LS *Last Call* draft.These patches includes renamed
files ( eg DOMWriterImpl.java  --> DOMSerializerImpl.java ),
new implementation ( eg DOMOutputImpl.java ) and change in 
names of methods per DOM L3 LS last call as well as updated docs.

These patches don't have support for:

1. DOMImplementationLS: MODE_ASYNCHRONOUS
2. LSProgressEvent and LSLoadEvent 
3. DocumentLS and ElementLS
