If there is no objections I can clean up a bit javadoc tags in sources. Can somebody give me directions of best way to upload patches.. eg. where to put them.

I read the documentation which explains that I will get this error if the mentioned property is not set. I then peered at the supplied samples which use all DEPRECATED stuff and hardly helped at all. All I got from the sample was that the system propert (org.xml.sax.parser) should be set to "org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser". But of course I can't call setProperty because I can't construct the object!
