HELP! xerces-j dir does not have "write" permissions

Hi infrastructure folk,

If someone could take care of this for both Xerces-J and Xerces-C, that
would be great.

I can no longer update Xerces-J website (/www/xml.apache.org/xerces2-j) on
minotaur. As far as I can see the directory once created by Andy Clark has
moved to xerces2-jOld (why??) and there is a new directory xerces2-j
created by gareth and there is no write permissions on it.

Unless someone changes the permission I can't upload any documentation to
the website. Please, help!

Btw, I think same applies to xerces-c.
