For at least the last two years, both Xerces-C and Xerces-J have used Bugzilla as their bug-tracking system. Recently, the Infrastructure team installed a new tool named Jira. You can get a feel for Jira by going here: http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa
