Re: [PROPOSAL]: Removing xmlParserAPIs.jar from the binary distribution

This proposal has been floating around on the lists for a couple of weeks now. There have been 4 +1s with no objections, so unless anyone has concerns I'll be modifying build.xml to stop generating this jar file.
